Before the ceremony, Mike and Kayla shared a special “first look” on the cliffs.
One of the great things about doing a first look is that it allows us to take some portraits of the happy couple before the ceremony even start
Mike and Kayla were so excited to get married, they couldn’t stop smiling through the whole ceremony.
In addition to a story about how the couple met and fell in love, Mike and Kayla’s ceremony featured personal vows, including the promise to “party, party, party” together. As you can see later in the post, Kayla and Mike wasted no time in keeping this particular vow 😉
A good friend of bride’s, Stefanie Joyce created the beautiful floral arrangements and Veronica’s Sweetcakes did a fantastic job on the couple’s seaside wedding cake
DJ Erik Maggs kept the dance floor PACKED and everyone certainly did “Party, party, party” all night long!
Thank you Mike and Kayla for choosing me to capture your special day!

What was the most memorable moment of your day?
The ceremony was the most memorable moment: having one of our closest friends officiant made it so special and so personal. Taking in that moment and having everyone there to see and watch it was so special.
What was your favorite detail?
Favorite detail was the actual ceremony – our specific story on how we met and how we fell in love.
Any advice for future brides/grooms?
“Party, party, party” – take in every moment of your own special day. It all goes by so fast and it’s so magical and such a high that you’ll never experience any other time (at least so far that we know of) LOL
Funniest memory from your wedding day?
Our funniest memory was when my wedding dress bustle wasn’t good enough and we had to hijack it with blue ribbon so I could continue dancing and keep the party going!
If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
If we knew the weather was going to be so nice, we would’ve extended the cocktail hour to have more time outside mingling and chatting with everyone.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
Marbella and Mallorca, Spain
